On February 7, 2025, the shareholders of the Company voted to approve the proposed transaction with Minaurum Gold Inc. (“Minaurum”). Under the terms of the transaction, Minaurum has until May 24, 2025 to exercise its option to acquire the Lone Mountain lease agreement (the “Lease”) from the Company. In 2024, Minaurum made the annual payment under the Lease to the Lessor as well as the annual claims maintenance payments to the Bureau of Land Management and the County of Eureka on behalf of the Company. The Company will provide updates on the transaction as they become available.
